To apply for a Serbia work visa from Qatar, you will generally need the following documents:

Work Permit

  • Issued by the employer in Serbia, authorized by the relevant Serbian authorities.

  • The employer must provide proof that they were unable to find a local worker for the job.

Valid Passport

  • Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay in Serbia.

  • Include copies of the bio-data page and any previous visas.

Visa Application Form

  • Complete and sign the application form. This form can usually be downloaded from the Serbian embassy or consulate website.

Photographs

  • Passport-sized photographs, as per the embassy's specifications

       (e.g., white background).

Employment Contract

  • A signed contract between you and your employer in Serbia detailing your job, salary, and duration of employment.

Proof of Accommodation

  • Evidence of where you will stay in Serbia (e.g., rental agreement, hotel booking, or a letter from your employer providing housing).

Proof of Financial Means

  • Bank statements or proof of salary to show you can sustain yourself during your stay.

Health Insurance

  • A policy valid in Serbia, covering any medical expenses during your stay.

​

Police Clearance Certificate

  • Issued by Qatari authorities, showing you have no criminal record. It should be translated into Serbian or English and authenticated.

Medical Certificate

  • A document proving you are in good health, often including proof of vaccination.

​

Flight Itinerary

  • A copy of your round-trip flight booking or confirmed ticket.

​

Visa Fee Payment Proof

  • Receipt of payment for the visa processing fee.
